We hired River City Window and Door after receiving a proposal from a large home improvement store and found Bryant and his crew to be extremely professional and knowledgeable about the product we were looking to purchase. Bryant helped us through the selection process and the installation of our new front door was accomplished ahead of schedule with exceptional attention to detail. Cost is only one factor a homeowner should consider. Professionalism, integrity, honesty, and quality craftsmanship are other factors equally important. On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate Bryant and his installers a 12 and highly recommend them!

River City Window and Door was the best decision I made when replacing my wooden balcony doors. I live in an 80 year old building that was part of the historic district and needed to get any renovations to the outside facing the street approved. Bryant put together the entire packet for the counsel and attended the meeting for me. It was approved with no problems and he was able to get me an energy tax credit. His professionalism and drive for quality is far greater than any contractor I have met. He was on time, stayed late and always in contact with me with all the problems that arose from replacing rotten doors (rebuilding the frame, threshold etc…). He is a man of his word and wasn’t satisfied until everything was perfect. The finished product is not only beautiful but done with such high quality and craftsmanship. He continues to check in and make sure everything is still holding up and that I am still pleased with the final product. I highly recommend his company to not only anyone with an older home but anyone in general looking to replace windows and doors. If I could afford to replace all my windows I would have used River City Window and Door in a heartbeat.

I contacted Bryant at River City Window and Door to replace the French doors to our back porch just a few weeks before Christmas. He quickly worked up an estimate, assembled his team, and got the job done so we could enjoy the finished product before the holiday.
